delivery text~When will my order be sent? We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours (mon-fri). If there is any problem with your order we will phone you. Please ensure you include a daytime contact number on the order form.

How will you send my order?Mainland Uk Delivery address - We will ship your order via City Link Next Working Day Service, if the order total is less than £350 the delivery costs £5.99. If the order is over £350 the postage and packing is FREE.

If the delivery is not a mainland Uk address then we will contact you shortly after we recive your order to let you know the best postage charge we can get.

Will i have to sign for the delivery? Yes you will need to sign for reciept of the delivery.

What happens if i am out when they try and delivery my order?If you are out you will recive a calling card through the letter box, this will have a depo number to call and re-arrange delivery. However you cannot change the delivery address at this point.

Can i send my order to my work address? Yes if you prefer you can include a seperate delivery address, however this must be a registered business address.

What if i need my order by a specific date? Please add this note to the order form and we will let you know if there is a problem.~~~375~634~~
